Customer Education Strategy Workshop

Align your education program goals to your business goals, understand where your business is at today in meeting your customer's needs with this master class.

Class description

Training takes place in your organization whether you plan for it or not. This workshop is focused on helping you developing practical and actionable plans that make the most of your existing strengths and eliminate your gaps. In an intensive working session with an experienced program mentor, you will walk away with the following:

  1. A detailed program assessment

  2. Identification of your program maturity 

  3. Critical gaps & opportunities

  4. A list of the most important near-term actions to take 

  5. A list of goals that align to your company's business objectives

  6. A roadmap 

 

To help you with this, we've developed several resources that you'll be using in the workshop. These are assets you can take with you and use when delivering customer education or training programs at any company. They also are helpful when interviewing for jobs as they enable you to qualify the readiness of a company for your training expertise. These resources include:

  • Customer Lifecycle Framework

  • OKR alignment worksheet

  • Training Roadmap template

 

All of these will be shared with you either upon registration or during the workshop itself.

Assessment

We maintain a comprehensive and actionable assessment that audits your program and provides you insight with where to invest.

Workbook

During the workshop, you'll be filling out a workbook that connects together your assessment results, program maturity, goals, and roadmap.

Roadmap

You'll get a roadmap template that is the main objective for the workshop. Together with your instructor, you'll fill out a 12-month roadmap to help you communicate your plans for your program. 

Free post-workshop consultation

After the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to chat 1x1 with an instructor to review your roadmap and get guidance on any questions you have.
