Service Description

Taught by a Customer Education hiring manager, this 2-session online workshop will walk through the foundational skills, tools, and processes used by software companies to teach their customers. This will help attendees craft better resumes and be better prepared for interviews. In the first session, you'll learn about the tools and skills that tech companies look for when hiring training professionals. You don't need to code to become a training manager but it does help to stand out amongst the resumes. This session will get you pointed in the right direction. In the second session you'll learn the high level processes associated with Customer Education programs. This will help you translate your experiences into meaningful stories you can use during the interview process. You'll learn how software teams are organized, how course material is built, and how to talk-the-talk like a Customer Education professional. This course is taught by an experienced Customer Education manager who made a career change from outside software. In this small group setting, you'll learn first-hand about what makes for good candidates and get to ask questions. We look forward to seeing you in the workshop.
