When transitioning to Customer Education from public or higher education, it helps to understand how these companies are structured, the tools used, and what role various teams play in the development of Customer Education content. If you are applying to jobs in Customer Education it will help to put your experience in terms that align to these teams and processes. Your host, Brian Childs, has held numerous roles in software companies from Product Management, Product Marketing, Strategy, and has built several education programs. He is also a career changer. He'll help you learn the terminology and tools used in tech, but also answer any questions you have about how these companies function.
